At Tumdi, we want you to love the light you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, shopping with us is worry-free because we make returns simple and straightforward.

Return Policy & Conditions

You have 60 days from delivery to request a return. For a return to be approved, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. There are no restocking fees, so you won’t lose anything extra when returning a product.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility. We highly recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches our warehouse safely, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items are strictly excluded from being returned. Non-returnable items include all personalized or custom-made products (such as items featuring custom text, names, or photos) and intimate hygiene products (such as underwear and bras) if the original packaging or seal has been opened, broken, or altered. If any non-returnable items are sent back to our warehouse, they will not be processed and no refund will be issued.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@tumdi.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process.

All approved returns must be sent exclusively to the following address: 

3rd Floor, Building 3, No. 55 Yifeng Road, Xiasha Street, Qiantang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, 310018, China.

*Please note that we can only accept and process returns sent directly to this address. Returns sent to any other location cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional days to officially complete the transfer to your account.
