Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Every order comes with free shipping. There are no minimums or hidden conditions. We believe getting your new lamp should be simple and worry-free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We focus on giving our local customers the best possible experience. If we expand to other regions, we’ll share the news with our community right away.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? That’s okay. You have 60 days from delivery to request a return. Just email us at info@tumdi.com and we’ll guide you through the process step by step.
How long do refunds take?
After we’ve inspected your returned items and approved the return, refunds are generally processed within 7 business days. Your bank may take a little extra time to reflect the payment on your statement.
