At Tumdi, we process and prepare orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because our fulfillment process begins shortly after an order is placed, we have a limited cancellation window before your order enters processing.

Cancellation before shipment

You may request a cancellation or modification of your order within 4 hours after completing your purchase.

Approved cancellation requests submitted within this timeframe will be processed, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Orders already being processed

After the 4-hour cancellation window has passed, your order may have already entered our automated fulfillment process and may no longer be possible to stop, modify, or cancel before shipment.

This allows us to maintain fast processing and delivery times.

Withdrawal and returns after delivery (EU customers)

If your order has already been shipped or delivered, you may still exercise your legal right of withdrawal where applicable under EU consumer protection laws.

Customers located in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
